Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Digital Learning is looking for a  Program Coordinator – Online Programs to join its team!  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our Operations and Course Management team, supporting a portfolio of online programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, operational, and enrollment-related duties for online programs delivered to both B2B and B2C clients. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with learning management systems, and has a natural gift for customer service.

    Responsibilities

    Your role as a Program Coordinator – Online Programs will involve:
    • Support the enrollment process for online programs, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
      • Attend to administrative duties to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
      • Provide first-level technical support to participants when needed.
    • Execute the delivery of online programs as part of the Program Management team.
      • Manage end-to-end delivery of synchronous and asynchronous online programs.
      • Support participants and faculty before, during, and after the program.
      • Execute satisfaction surveys and analyze participant feedback.
      • Leverage learning analytics to enhance the learner experience.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, faculty, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Academic, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance, to ensure successful program delivery.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and client communications.
    • Investigate and test innovative educational technologies, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics solutions to improve program delivery and learner satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • High attention to detail and an organised, methodical working style.
    • Fluency in English (native or near-native level). High level of Spanish is desirable.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with B2B and B2C clients from diverse industries, cultures, and nationalities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience working with learning management systems or online program delivery is a plus.
