Professional Services Intern Department: Professional Services Reports to: Professional Services Team Location: India (Remote) Status: Internship About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Professional Services Intern to support our Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a client-facing environment while developing project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Professional Services Intern, you will assist the team with day-to-day customer onboarding activities, project coordination, data management, documentation, and customer communication. You will work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and customer success teams to help deliver a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong interpersonal skills, are eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Customer Support & Coordination Support the Professional Services team during customer onboarding and implementation activities. Participate in customer meetings, take notes, and track action items. Assist with customer communication and follow-ups. Help ensure customer requests are documented and routed to the appropriate teams. Documentation & Data Management Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports. Assist with data validation, record reviews, and quality checks. Organize customer information and maintain accurate project records. Support the creation of training materials, guides, and process documentation. Project Support Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables. Help coordinate activities between customers and internal teams. Track tasks and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders. Identify and escalate potential issues or delays to the team lead. Team Collaboration Work closely with Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams. Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency. Support internal initiatives and special projects as required.
