Job Description
- Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
- Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of SPM / O‑Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma
- At least 1–3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role
- Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
