Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap, safety incidents) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop high-performance teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong safety culture.
- Ensure proper resource allocation, staffing, and shift coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve processes.
The Essentials – You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience managing hourly personnel in manufacturing environments
- Availability to work afternoon shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM)
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Experience in electrical diagram reading
- Conversational English proficiency (spoken)
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- Experience in production planning systems (PLAN)
- Knowledge of SAP (routes, BOMs, standard times)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including macros)
