Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que crean excelentes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos incorporar un Supervisor de Operaciones en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reportando al Manager de operaciones, el supervisor de operaciones apoyará en eficientar y supervisar procesos de manufactura, analizando optimizaciones, apoyando en mejora continua y estudios de tiempos y movimientos entre otras actividades.

Como luce un típico día de trabajo

  • Apoyar en el diseño, análisis y optimización de procesos de producción.
  • Elaborar y actualizar documentación técnica: hojas de proceso, instrucciones de trabajo, diagramas de flujo.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua orientados a reducción de costos, tiempos de ciclo y desperdicios.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de sistemas de control de producción y métricas de desempeño.
  • Dar soporte en la distribución de layouts de planta y balanceo de líneas de producción.
  • Realizar estudios de tiempos y movimientos para asegurar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Coordinar con áreas de calidad, ingeniería y producción para resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Contribuir en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con procesos industriales.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo

  • Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
  • Experiencia en supervisión de procesos de manufactura, procesos industriales y/o mejora continua.
  • Experiencia con personal a cargo
  • Experiencia en áreas de SMT, ESTRUCTURALES ( OLA, PRESSFIT, 5DX, ICTS), seguimiento de WOs, WIP, SCRAP, 5s
  • Conocimientos técnicos Métodos de tiempos y movimientos, Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma , Herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, deseable Minitab), Conocimiento básico de ERP y sistemas de manufactura.
  • Competencias:

    • Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
    • Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
    • Adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos y multiculturales.
