Funciones:
- Participar en las etapas del proceso productivo.
- Cumplir los procedimientos establecidos por el Sistema HACCP y completar cada uno de los formatos requeridos para cada etapa.
- Proporcionar una muestra de cada proceso de producción para realizar el respectivo análisis de control de calidad.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos productivos.
- Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de trabajo.
Habilidades requeridas
- Formación: Secundaria completa.
- Experiencia: Contar con 1 año de experiencia en puestos similares, de preferencia de la industria de alimentos.
- Conocimiento: Deseable con conocimientos básicos de electricidad o electrónica y de productos químicos.
- Deseable con conocimientos en BPM, BPA, HACCP, FSSC 22000 y manejo de documentación del área.
- Competencias: Responsabilidad, compromiso y trabajo en equipo.
