Job Description
We are looking for a Production Operator to join AbbVie North Dublin supporting our production line.
Responsibilities include:
- Following Quality Assessment requirements, GMP standards, and all applicable SOPs for equipment, plant operations, and production processes.
- Carrying out production activities according to the schedule, manufacture order, and work instructions.
- Preparing the work area by checking schedule accuracy, workplace readiness, and materials, including codes, lot numbers, expiry dates, and FIFO compliance.
- Completing preparatory, process, and post-production tasks, including batch documentation, product identification, and sealing containers.
- Operating assigned equipment such as mills, granulation, blending, tabletting, coating, inspection, dispensing, and encapsulation machinery.
- Meeting OEE targets for cycle times and changeover times across all processes.
- Completing Master Batch Paperwork accurately and in step with production progress.
- Performing in-process testing, investigate deviations, notify supervisors when needed, and complete quality control documentation.
- Following safety regulations, report incidents or concerns, and contribute to a safe and clean workplace.,
- Maintaining good hygiene, professional conduct, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge/Interest in process Equipment and manufacturing.
- MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
- Good communication skills and good problem-solving skills.
