Annual Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Location: Hybrid / Flexible (requires occasional travel for projects) *Note: Candidates based within ~60 miles of a CAMP NYC location are preferred.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are looking for a full-time Production Operations Coordinator to serve as the organizational backbone of CAMP’s Production department. In this role, you will own the systems, project calendars, and communication workflows that enable our Director of Production to manage multiple simultaneous projects without anything slipping through the cracks. 

You will maintain our Monday.com architecture, govern file structures, enforce SOPs, and keep cross-functional teams accountable. This role includes project-based travel as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO/BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

System Ownership & Administration

  • Manage and optimize Monday.com architecture (All Projects Tracker, individual project boards, portfolio dashboards, automations, and two-way board syncs).
  • Maintain the master principal calendar across all shows and projects, including load-in/load-out windows, milestone dates, and recurring touchpoints.
  • Build, maintain, and version-control SOPs, show ops manuals, and standardized documentation templates.
  • Establish Google Drive folder hierarchy, naming conventions, and file governance across all live and upcoming projects.
  • Track project budgets and vendor payment workflows (including payment matrices and Bill.com coordination) in partnership with the Director.
  • Oversee operational support across diverse initiatives: show flips, new store openings, brand partnerships, in-store activations, programming, and store operations.

Cross-Project Visibility & Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with creative and fabrication partners to keep timeline dates synced and accurate.
  • Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across simultaneous phases (concept, design, build, live).
  • Facilitate weekly internal production meetings by preparing agendas, documenting notes, and driving follow-up items.
  • Flag bottlenecks early to mitigate portfolio risks; proactively chase down open action items across teams.
  • Serve as the primary, reliable point of contact for real-time project status and reporting across the department.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO CAMP

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project or production operations within experiential marketing, live entertainment, events, or brand activations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (or equivalent PM software), including custom board design, automations, and dashboard creation from scratch.
  • Demonstrated capability in operational systems design (creating repeatable processes for cross-functional teams).
  • Strong written communication skills with experience writing clear, user-friendly SOPs.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Desk-based role requiring extended periods at a computer.Ability to travel as needed for on-site production, project walkthroughs, and venue coordination.
