About this role

Production Manager

Wouldn't it be great to work for a company that values your leadership, trusts your experience, and appreciates the difference you make every day? How would it feel to run the backend of a growing operation — the warehouse, the equipment, the crews — and know that your work is what keeps everything moving?

CLEAN USA is built around that idea.

We are a growing restoration company focused on helping homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, mold, fire damage, and other property emergencies. Our culture is built on taking care of our customers, improving every day, and treating our team like family.

We're looking for an experienced Production Manager who takes ownership of our operations, keeps our technicians trained and accountable, and makes sure our warehouse, fleet, and equipment are always job-ready. If you're a strong operator who thrives on structure, organization, and leading people, CLEAN USA may be the right fit for you.

  • Train new technicians and track performance through their first 90 days, including 90-day reviews.
  • Adjust on-call rotations, conduct monthly bag and equipment checks, and monitor technician appearance and apparel.
  • Conduct in-field inspections 3-5 times per week and lead morning meetings to communicate changes and improvements.
  • Handle technician call-ins, crew changes, performance corrections, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Monitor and communicate driving behaviors, and meet monthly with the Director of Operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and protect job profitability across all production activities.
  • Participate in emergency after-hours and CAT/surge event response as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership, operations, or production management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, or similar field operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Ability to train, coach, and hold technicians accountable to company standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
  • Comfortable serving in an after-hours, on-call manager rotation.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and emergency service hours when needed.
