Job Description:

The Production Clerk II is a key position responsible for supporting production by creating work orders (ePBR’s) for both Kitting and Overlabel within the MX system in Master Control. This position works with cross-functional teams within doTERRA to help identify and fix issues that prevent the creation of work orders. This position is also responsible for managing OVL inventory in SAP. This includes submitting StockTransfer Orders (STO’s), managing consumption of components for Overlabel finished goods inventory. The Clerk II serves as a backup for creating, verifying, and issuing production labels, as well as maintaining and updating the production Kanban board and MRO inventory weekly.

**Available schedule 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Creation of production orders in our MX system within MasterControl.

• Work with cross-functional teams to fix issues that prevent the creation of work orders.

• Manage Overlabel inventory in SAP.  This includes submitting STO’s for Overlabel components to be pulled and creating ASN’s and LPN’s for consumption of Overlabel finished goods.

• Create and verify shipping labels, lot code stickers, and LFC produced stickers.

• Issue and manage labels for production runs.  This includes both Overlabel and Kitting.

• Verify SKU numbers, batch numbers, quantities, and related product information for accuracy and compliance.

• Process label transfers within SAP and WM systems.

• Create label STO’s(Stock Transport Orders) between warehouse plants and distribution locations.

• Help maintain and update Kanban board to track inventory levels, workflow status, and replenishment needs.

• Utilize Adobe Workfront to create, track, and update tickets related to label revisions, production issues, and process improvements.

• Serve as a backup for production scheduling duties by setting the daily dashboard and tracking month-to-date production goals and metrics.

• Work with the production team as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in SAP, Excel, WM.

• Inventory management experience.

• For safety purposes, must have a proficient level in English communication skills including reading, writing and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others.
