About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Generates cycle count requests, analyses variances, prepares reports
- Performs physical inventory counts and records results using Oracle WMS (handheld) or Oracle Forms
- Maintains Oracle and Oracle WMS configuration; provides support for system/technical issues impacting cycle counting
- Performs periodic review of inventory adjustments, financial impact, and compliance
- Receive deliveries, verify inventory accuracy, and confirm orders for shipment.
- Monitor inventory movements to ensure stock accuracy and effective shipment tracking
- Support inventory control initiatives to improve accuracy, traceability, and operational efficiency.
Skills/Experience.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and manage routine tasks independently.
- Experience in a manfufacturing or industrial Enviroment is a bonus.

- Computer competency essential
- MS Office Suit
- Oracle (desirable)
- Admin background
