About Position

Location: Córdoba.
Position: Full-Time.
Job Purpose
The person in this role will be responsible for connecting product, technology, business, and clients, ensuring both successful execution of initiatives and product success. The role combines Product Management and Technical Program Management, with a focus on translating client needs into concrete solutions and coordinating their implementation with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives, coordinating priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with Engineering to translate client and business needs into clear requirements.
- Participate in Engineering and Product meetings and track progress, risks, and blockers.
- Maintain direct client communication to understand needs and manage expectations.
- Coordinate priorities with the Commercial team and external integrations.
- Manage tickets and requirements, participating in product demos when needed.
- Analyze clinical study protocols and requirements and translate them into functional criteria.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Program Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, or similar roles.
- Experience with SaaS products and working closely with Engineering teams.
- Experience in roles involving direct client interaction.
- Experience in HealthTech / Healthcare is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of technology products and AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and assess implementation possibilities without needing to code.
- Experience coordinating third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with project and ticket management tools.
- Advanced English.
