Advantech COM Product Sales Marketing 負責推廣與銷售 Computer-on-Module（COM）產品，結合市場分析、產品規劃與業務開發，協助客戶導入嵌入式運算解決方案。工作內容包含蒐集產業趨勢與競品資訊、制定行銷策略、管理產品生命週期、支援全球業務團隊及客戶技術溝通，並與研發、產品管理及供應鏈部門協作，確保產品符合市場需求。透過客戶關係經營與專案推進，提升產品市占率、營收成長及品牌影響力。
【職務概要】
工業主機板電腦產品銷售推廣
- 向公司內部業務人員推廣產品銷售
- 向經銷商推廣產品銷售
- 為客戶提供適切的產品提案與開發支援
- 為公司內部業務及經銷商業務人員進行產品教育訓練
市場與產品策略規劃
- 市場分析
- 產品策略制定
- 價格策略規劃
- 提升產品知名度
- 市場開發與拓展
銷售推進與專案管理
- 規劃並執行銷售策略
- 與台灣總公司共同制定並執行市場拓展計畫
- 與台灣總公司、日本國內業務團隊、工程團隊及製造部門合作推動專案（重視團隊合作）
- 負責達成所屬產品的銷售目標
- 處理公司內外有關特殊價格談判、交期調整及產品相關問題
- 專案管理及銷售報告製作
【必備條件】
- 具備以 x86 架構為基礎的電腦、周邊設備及作業系統之基礎與應用技術知識
- 具備 3 年以上 x86 架構電腦相關技術銷售及客戶開發支援經驗
- 具備市場開發經驗（如行銷策略或銷售策略規劃），或擁有 3 年以上 BDM（Business Development Manager，商務開發經理）或 PM（Product Manager，產品經理）經驗
- 日文能力達雙語等級（Bilingual Level）以上
- 能以英文製作文件、進行英文簡報及商務溝通
【加分條件】
- 具備使用工業主機板規劃與開發應用產品的經驗
- 具備 SOM（System on Module）產品的銷售及客戶開發支援經驗
- 具備中文溝通能力
