Estamos buscando un Product Owner Jr. que participe activamente en la definición, priorización y gestión de requerimientos para equipos de desarrollo de software. Serás el puente entre las áreas de negocio y tecnología, asegurando que las iniciativas generen valor y se entreguen de manera eficiente.

Responsabilidades

  • Levantar y analizar requerimientos de negocio.
  • Traducir necesidades del cliente o usuarios en historias de usuario y requerimientos funcionales claros.
  • Gestionar y priorizar el backlog del producto.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, QA y stakeholders.
  • Liderar ceremonias Scrum: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews y Retrospectives.
  • Dar seguimiento al avance de iniciativas y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos del sprint.
  • Apoyar en la definición y validación de criterios de aceptación.

Requisitos

  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia creando historias de usuario.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
  • Experiencia participando o facilitando ceremonias ágiles.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos técnicos y funcionales.
  • Experiencia gestionando y priorizando backlog.
  • Inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura y comunicación básica en entornos de trabajo).

Deseable

  • Conocimiento de herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps o similares.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo de software, productos digitales o transformación digital.
  • Conocimiento básico de métricas ágiles y seguimiento de proyectos.
