As the Bright Portal Product Owner, you will own the portal experience end-to-end: from go-live readiness through roadmap delivery, packaging new features for customers, and ensuring the portal becomes a competitive differentiator for every 3PL we serve. New Feature Packaging

  • Monitor post-release adoption and surface issues before customers escalate them

  • Drive customer awareness and excitement for new capabilities

  • Ensure every customer knows what's coming, why it matters, and how to use it — before it ships

What You'll Need

  • Critical thinker, Industry functional thinking, Curious problem seeker, Product creativity

  • Experience in SaaS product management, implementation, solutions engineering, or 3PL/supply chain operations

  • Claude Code or equivalent experience

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating without a fully-defined playbook

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or a related degree, with a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0.

  • 3+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing application software in any of the following areas: e-commerce, order management, inventory management, application integration, API’s, and shipping. Hands-on expertise with supply chain or e-commerce software solutions is desired.
