As we continue to expand across India and global markets, we're growing our Product Marketing team to support this next phase of growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketer to support go-to-market execution for one of greytHR's product lines. This role will report to a Senior Product Marketing Manager or Product Marketing Lead, and will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring new features and updates to market effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Content

● Develop marketing collateral such as web copy, one-pagers, comparison sheets, and release notes for assigned product areas.

● Support the creation of competitive intelligence documents and sales enablement content.

● Contribute to messaging for new features in collaboration with Product and Design teams.

● Conduct customer and market research (interviews, surveys, reviews) to inform positioning.

Go-to-Market Execution

● Support product launches by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on assets, timelines, and enablement.

● Use AI-based tools to support research, content creation, and day-to-day productivity.

● Assist with campaign briefs and content requests from Sales and partner teams as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

● 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.

● Strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product information.

● Working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and productivity/no-code tools.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools to build workflows, prototypes, or content processes — beyond using AI as a chat assistant.
• Exposure to both positioning/messaging work and campaign/distribution work, rather than one alone.
• Some exposure to HR tech, payroll, compliance, or a similar B2B SaaS category, in India and/or a global market.
