Key Responsibilities

This is a Product Management role first.

You'll be expected to bring strong PM fundamentals across customer discovery, problem framing, product strategy, roadmap and backlog ownership, prioritization, requirements, delivery, metrics, launch, and iteration.

At the same time, we're building a founding team of three Product Managers with complementary strengths.

Across the team, we expect individuals to bring stronger experience in areas such as CX domain and product craft, AI platform and integrations, or commercialization and market intelligence. Candidates are not expected to have equal depth across all three areas. The intent is to build a team with a common Product Management foundation and complementary strengths, not narrow specialists and not identical generalists.

This isn't a documentation or coordination role. You're the person who develops a point of view on what should get built, in what order, and why — and who remains accountable for whether it creates the outcome it promised.

Product Manager remains accountable for the end to end product journey:

Customer Problem → Product Opportunity → Prioritization → Specification → Build → Launch → Adoption → Measurement → Iteration → Commercialization
