Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Product Manager II to join our ever-evolving Product Management team and help shape the future of global commerce. 

What you'll own

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned portfolio, aligning client needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

  • Drive portfolio growth and profitability by managing product performance, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and investment priorities.

  • Partner with engineering, analytics, sales, relationship management, and external stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, validate requirements, and deliver impactful product enhancements.

  • Leverage market research, client feedback, usage analytics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive innovation, including AI-powered workflow automation and decisioning capabilities.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and cross-functional product delivery.

  • Strong experience managing the full product lifecycle and collaborating with engineering teams to bring complex software or technology products to market.

  • Demonstrated ability to use market research, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to make strategic product decisions and drive business outcomes.

  • Proven success influencing stakeholders and building alignment across diverse teams, including technology, sales, operations, and external partners.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate complex business challenges.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience supporting financial technology, payments, workflow automation, SaaS, or other technology-driven products.

  • Experience incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, or automation capabilities into products or business processes.

  • An MBA or advanced degree, along with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and helping clients achieve successful outcomes.

Compensation

$80,000.00 - $135,000.00

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
