Product Manager (Hands-on UX/UI)

Our software empowers universities and colleges to efficiently, effectively, and expertly prepare, manage, grade, review, control, and secure the exam and assessment process. 

We are looking for a unique, hands-on Product Manager who knows to tackle deep system architecture and complex user experiences.
This role is built for an experienced Product Manager who brings a solid background in professional UX, or a proven track record in complex project management.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage a backlog, but independently writes high-level product documentation and translates it seamlessly for developers.

You will be responsible for solving a fascinating UX challenge: owning a multi-persona platform where you must design an intuitive experience for completely different types of users, all within the same ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the product lifecycle from initial discovery to deployment by defining the scope of upcoming sprints, mapping out product requirements into high-quality Epics, and breaking them down into clean Jira User Stories tailored perfectly to fit developer workflows.

• Hands-on UX/UI Design: Take full ownership of wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and UI design within Figma, keeping screens highly intuitive for a multi-persona platform that serves diverse user types.

• Work on the Design System: Maintain, improve, and enforce Tomax’s Design System, embedding it directly into daily design workflows to ensure consistency and speed up development.

• Bridge the Gap with R&D: Serve as the direct link to the engineering team. Work closely with frontend and backend developers throughout their sprints, speaking their language to ensure smooth integration and execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in complex B2B / Enterprise / SaaS environments.

• Proven experience with complex Admin Dashboards, including deep knowledge of user roles, permissions, and management screens.

• Experience with Multi-Persona Platforms, with a proven ability to design a single system that serves diverse user populations with different needs.

• Expert-level Jira skills, specifically a track record of writing clean User Stories and Epics tailored directly for engineering teams.

• Strong hands-on UI/UX capabilities (Figma), with practical experience working with a structured Design System.
