About the Role
As Product Manager for EkaAgents, you will define what our AI agents do, build the evaluation systems that keep them safe, and deploy them with marquee enterprise and government clients. You will work shoulder to shoulder with data scientists and ML engineers across the platform's four pillars: Multi-Modal Intelligence, Agentic Orchestration, Health System Integration, and Trust & Clinical Governance.
What You Will Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities across Eka.care's platform
- Partner with data scientists and AI engineers on model selection, prompting, tool use, retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration
- Build LLM-as-judge frameworks with rigorous, category-based rubrics covering triage and pathway correctness, under-triage detection, crisis handling, scope and jailbreak resistance, transaction and state logic, multilingual fidelity, and privacy
- Translate ambiguous clinical problems into scoped agent behaviors with explicit guardrails and clear safety gates
- Lead enterprise and government client engagements — scope agent use cases, run pilots, and translate client needs into roadmap
- Define metrics that matter: task completion rate, escalation rate, missed-escalation rate, and user trust, and report to internal and client stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally on AI/ML or platform products
- Genuine fluency with large language models and agentic systems — able to reason about prompts, tool use, evaluations, and failure modes without needing a translator
- A hands-on instinct for AI evaluation: designing rubrics, seeding adversarial test cases, and grading at scale with an LLM judge
- Strong judgment on AI safety, reliability, and trust trade-offs in a healthcare context
- Clear communication that works equally well with ML engineers, clinical stakeholders, and enterprise clients
Nice to Have
- Exposure to prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or multi-agent frameworks
- An engineering or data science background before moving into product
- Healthcare domain experience
