You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the user flows from visiting the website to completing purchase in our self-service;
  • Define user flows together with the UX designers across the visitor-to-purchase funnel, tracking conversion at each stage;
  • Develop and maintain product roadmap based on company strategy, client needs, and market trends;
  • Define epics, user stories and work with the development team to deliver user flows;
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain-points, and use cases in self-service context;
  • Analyze data to identify usage trends and opportunities to improve feature adoption and engagement;
  • Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion rates at every step in the user journey;
  • Collaborate with development team to determine technical implementation and prioritize features.

Your skills & experiences:

  • Proven experience in driving product, project or initiative from idea to launch including owning outcomes;
  • Experience defining user flows and writing user stories and requirements;
  • Experience working with UX and ability to identify friction points and design solutions that make complex workflows feel simple;
  • Experience with self-service or product-led growth, including driving user acquisition with minimal or no sales involvement;
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use user behavior and funnel data to identify growth opportunities;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly explain product decisions, trade-offs, plans, and complex concepts to diverse stakeholders;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Nice to have:

  • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate customer insights into product features
  • Demonstrated success optimizing conversion funnels through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation
  • Background in UX design, user research or conversion optimization
