About this role

Job Role: Product Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

You should apply if you have:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
  • Experience owning operational or platform products from discovery to launch and impact measurement.
  • Strong problem-solving and product discovery skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, QA, and external technology partners.
  • A data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization.
  • Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, fulfillment, or supply-chain workflows.
You should not apply if you:
  • Are looking primarily for an integration coordination or project coordination role rather than end-to-end product ownership.
  • Prefer working only on requirements provided by stakeholders without independently identifying and solving problems.
  • Are uncomfortable working closely with Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Prefer building manual processes instead of scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Do not enjoy working with complex operational workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.
Skills Required:
  • Product discovery and problem-solving
  • Product strategy and roadmap management
  • PRD, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritization and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • API, integrations, webhooks, data flows, and system dependencies
  • UAT, product rollout, and adoption
  • Vendor and technology partner management
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, and fulfillment processes
What will you do?
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for warehouse, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply-chain technology.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact operational problems based on business value, customer impact, operational impact, scalability, and engineering effort.
  • Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, Customer Support, Business, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to understand problems and build scalable solutions.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and validate requirements using operational data, user feedback, and process analysis.
  • Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and detailed product requirements.
  • Define edge cases, dependencies, exception flows, and fallback scenarios.
  • Drive initiatives end-to-end — from discovery → prioritization → build → launch → adoption → impact measurement.
  • Own UAT and ensure products work effectively in real operational scenarios.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA through development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
  • Work with external WMS, logistics, courier, and supply-chain technology partners.
  • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, risks, and progress to leadership and operational teams.
  • Drive initiatives across areas such as:
    • Multi-warehouse order allocation
    • Inventory reservation and ATP
    • WMS workflows
    • Inventory synchronization and reconciliation
    • EDD and delivery promise
    • Shipment tracking
    • NDR/RTO workflows
    • Darkstore fulfillment
    • Warehouse productivity tools
    • Returns and inventory restoration
    • Supply-chain automation
Work Experience: 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
