About this role

Funções que serão desempenhadas

  • Definir e evoluir a visão estratégica e o roadmap do portfólio de Marketing Services (soluções B2B e B2C), garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio.

  • Ser responsável pelo produto desde a concepção (pesquisa de mercado, discovery, precificação e modelo comercial) até o go-to-market e acompanhamento de métricas de adoção e receita.

  • Liderar, desenvolver e direcionar diretamente um time de Product Owners, promovendo um ambiente de alta performance e rigor de execução.

  • Atuar em forte engajamento e proximidade com a equipe comercial, oferecendo suporte técnico/estratégico para alavancar novas oportunidades de negócio e receita.

  • Realizar dimensionamento de mercado, análise competitiva e pesquisas com clientes (Voice of Customer) para identificar e priorizar novas soluções e parcerias.

  • Articular com tomadores de decisão de diversas áreas (Marketing, Tech, D&A, Finanças) para garantir viabilidade e fluidez nas entregas.

Requisitos Necessários

  • Sólida bagagem atuando como Product Manager/Product Lead em organizações focadas em tecnologia, dados ou serviços financeiros.

  • Experiência na liderança direta e desenvolvimento de times de produto (POs/PMs).

  • Forte conhecimento comercial e vivência com produtos orientados a dados/tecnologia, com habilidade para navegar fluidamente entre áreas estratégicas e técnicas.

  • Inglês avançado ou fluente (mandatório para interação com lideranças e stakeholders globais/regionais).

  • Ensino Superior Completo.
