The product combines AIS-derived behavioral signals (spoofing, dark STS, AIS gaps), sanctions data from OFAC, OFSI, EU, and UN lists, cargo and trade risk classification, ownership screening across six ownership layers, PSC inspection records, and flag risk assessment into a single compliance picture per vessel and across entire fleets via the Compliance Workspace. The role sits within an established squad - software engineers, data scientists, and a dedicated analyst team - and reports to the Lead PM. The BU Lead owns the strategy and market direction; this role owns translating that into a clear, prioritised backlog and shipping it reliably. The immediate focus is on making the product more enterprise-ready: hardening data quality, improving API and data delivery workflows, deepening coverage, and supporting retention and upsell across a growing client base.
