About the Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Manager – Futures & Options (F&O) / Derivatives to join the Paytm Money Product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of India's listed derivatives market, trader workflows, risk management, exchange regulations, and digital trading platforms. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of F&O products—from strategy and discovery to execution and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for F&O products including Index & Stock Futures, Equity & Index Options, Option Chain, Strategy Builder, Basket Orders, Multi-leg Orders, GTT Orders, Margin Calculator, Position Management, and P&L Analytics • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, operations, brokerage, marketing, and business teams to build and launch trading features • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer interviews, and trading behavior analysis to identify opportunities • Translate requirements into PRDs, wireframes, user journeys, APIs, and acceptance criteria • Build seamless, low-latency, high-reliability order placement and execution experiences • Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, Clearing Corporation, and exchange regulations including margins, peak margin, risk disclosures, and suitability norms • Drive acquisition, activation, engagement, trading frequency, and revenue growth through experimentation and data-driven improvements • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize funnels using analytics and insights • Stay updated on derivatives market trends, exchange circulars, microstructure, and trader behavior Requirements • 3+ years of overall experience • Minimum 1+ years in F&O, Derivatives, Broking, Capital Markets, or WealthTech Product Management • Strong understanding of derivatives lifecycle, order flows, margin systems, RMS, clearing & settlement, and compliance frameworks • Experience with digital trading or capital market platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong communication skills and experience writing detailed PRDs • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment Superpowers that will help you to succeed • Deep understanding of Indian derivatives market and trader behavior • Experience building Option Chain, Option Greeks, Strategy Builder, Basket Orders, Margin Calculator, TradingView integrations, and advanced charting tools • Knowledge of options pricing, Greeks, volatility, payoff strategies, and risk management • Familiarity with exchange APIs, OMS/RMS architecture, market data systems, and real-time trading infrastructure • Experience scaling B2C fintech or trading products using product-led growth Why join us :  We aim at bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy, and everyone working here is striving to achieve that goal.
