This is an exciting time to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team at the ground floor of something genuinely new.    The opportunity  We are looking for a Product Designer who is ready to make their mark. This is not a role for someone who wants to colour within the lines. You will be a founding voice in our product design culture; someone who challenges assumptions, shapes ways of working, and takes genuine ownership of the user experience across our digital platforms, client and guest experiences.  Working directly within our product team, you will collaborate closely with Client Services and Client Success Management teams to design thoughtful, value-driven solutions that serve both our clients and the business. With a live product already in market and more in the pipeline, there is real work to do from day one.     What you'll be doing   Lead end-to-end UX design: From discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces
