Product Applications Scientist

By joining Gator Bio, you’ll contribute to meaningful advancements in life sciences and support leading-edge research tools designed for efficiency and reliability.  The Product Applications Scientist reports to the Associate Director of Customer Success.  This position will be responsible for enabling successful customer adoption and utilization of Gator systems through technical application support, customer training, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges, improve user experience, and ensure successful implementation of applications.  This position serves as a technical resource for post-sales activities, supporting customers throughout their product lifecycle while providing insights to improve product performance, documentation, and customer outcomes.
