Job Summary

The Product Analyst supports the Product team by providing data driven insights, analysis, and operational support for Luminare Health’s product offerings. This role executes repeatable analytical and operational tasks under the direction of Product Leadership and follows established product processes and standard work. The Product Analyst translates data, reporting, and performance trends into insights that inform product decisions, enhancements, and ongoing program optimization. This role typically supports multiple product initiatives concurrently.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors/0 years’ experience or HS/4 years’ experience.   
• Ability to create basic data visualizations, reports, and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop product management skills and contribute to customer-centric, data-informed product decisions.
• Ability to develop creative approaches and recommendations when working with limited direction or incomplete information

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$42,200.00 - $79,300.00
