  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse procurement trends and make recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Undertake proactive steps to resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes and non-conformances.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing procurement and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is desirable.
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) and/or Electrical and Hydraulics category is highly desirable.ย
