About this role
Job Description
- Support supplier due diligence activities to ensure compliance with company Code of Conduct and procurement policies
- Execute Vendor Master registration and documentation for newly approved suppliers
- Support contract administration by ensuring contracts are properly documented, updated, and adhered to in daily operations
- Maintain accurate procurement data, supplier records, and reporting in procurement systems
- Execute daily procurement and supply activities for packaging materials in alignment with procurement strategies and plant requirements
- Monitor material deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, shortages, or deviations
- Track and monitor supplier performance against agreed delivery, quality, and service KPIs
- Support supplier performance reviews together with Procurement Direct, S&OP, and SCQM teams
- Act as the primary operational contact for suppliers on day-to-day supply and delivery matters
