Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Procurement Manager in the day - to - day purchasing functions. processes purchase indents and organize system for follow up of pending supplies. He/she facilitates and administers purchase in the absence of the Procurement Manager after due approval has been obtained,

Obtain competitive pricing (at least 3 Bids) for specifications as directed

Review product quality to ensure the required specifications are met

To negotiate and obtain competitive pricing for specifications as directed

Negotiating contracts and agreements, including pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms. 

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management
