Acteur leader de la logistique de santé depuis près de 60 ans, Alloga France est aujourd’hui le 2e dépositaire sur le marché français et fait partie de Cencora, entreprise mondiale de premier plan dans le domaine de la santé.

 

Responsabilités : 

L’équipe Méthodes et Process du site, recherche un.e stagiaire pour l’accompagner sur ses principales missions :  

  • Participer au déploiement de l'amélioration continue et de l’état d’esprit kaizen sur le site de Chaponnay  

  • Support aux opérations sur les problématiques de résolution de problèmes  

  • Pilotage de chantiers d'amélioration sur les différents secteurs  

  • Missions orientées terrains auprès avec les équipes opérationnelles  

  • Missions d’analyses et de traitement de données logistiques 

  • Participer également activement à un projet majeur visant à déployer de nouveaux outils de production logistique sur les sites Cencora Alloga France. Ce projet est piloté par le site de Chaponnay. Les outils seront basés sur l’implémentation d’IoT, de contrôles en temps réels embarqués et d’outils lumineux (Pick to Light, Put to Light).

Profil : 

Elève-Ingénieur.e 4ème ou 5ème année, Master 1 ou Master 2 

Le/La candidat(e) recherché(e) est orienté(e) terrain, capable de communiquer efficacement avec une variété d'interlocuteurs, allant des opérateurs à la direction du site ainsi qu’aux fournisseurs.

Le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) doit posséder une excellente capacité à comprendre les processus opérationnels et à les analyser de manière critique (collecte et analyse de données, questionnement des process, …).

L'entreprise valorise enfin une approche LEAN, axée sur la réduction des gaspillages et l'optimisation des méthodes de travail, afin de faciliter le quotidien des équipes. 

Durée du Stage : 6 mois 

Démarrage : dès que possible
