Cel stanowiska

Odpowiedzialność za rozwój i optymalizację procesów produkcyjnych oraz wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań technologicznych, wspierających bezpieczną, efektywną i jakościową produkcję układów elektronicznych dla branży motoryzacyjnej.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Nadzór i rozwój procesu wytwarzania układów elektronicznych dla motoryzacji
  • Uruchamianie nowych produktów i maszyn produkcyjnych
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie narzędzi produkcyjnych
  • Optymalizacja istniejących procesów
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów technicznych
  • Współpraca z działem produkcji, jakości i konstrukcyjnym

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
  • Analityczne myślenie i umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w zakładzie produkcyjnym
  • Wiedza z zakresu produkcji elektroniki
  • Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej

Wymagane dodatkowe umiejętności (minimum jedna z poniższych)

  • Programowanie systemów wizyjnych (Cognex, Keyence)
  • Programowanie robotów (Epson, Fanuc, ABB – Scara/6-osiowe)
  • Znajomość kontrolerów dokręcania (Atlas Copco)
  • Systemy dozowania pasty/smarów
  • Kontrola szczelności (ATEQ/Nolek)
  • GD&T, pomiary CMM, Equator Renishaw/Zeiss
  • Przygotowywanie MSA i analiz zdolności procesu

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość dyrektywy maszynowej
  • Znajomość IATF 16949
  • Programowanie PLC
