We are currently looking for a Process Engineer
- Process Development & optimization :
- Design, validate and implement automated testing system and vision inspection systems for manufacturing Lines.
- Develop testing methods for mechanical, electrical, or functional product validation.
- Optimize Cycle time , accuracy and reliability of testing and vision process
- Develop maintenance preventive maintenance Plans for testing and vision systems
- Propose CI Projects
- Equipment Management & Integration :
- Specify, select, and validate equipment and software for testing systems
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers for integration of new testing and inspection systems.
- Train production and quality team on Testin/vision equipment usage and troubleshooting
- Quality & Compliance :
- Ensure that testing systems meet customer and internal requirement.
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues related to Testing and vision system
- Maintain traceability for inspection and testing data
Your Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree In electrical, Mechatronics, automation, Industrial or Mechanical engineering
Specific Background on Cutting Crimping Process will be an Additional Asset
2 years of experience in automotive sector.
