About this role

Job Summary

Process Associate – MBO Operations (NOA / Payments / Escrow)

Role Purpose

Responsible for executing day-to-day operational activities in NOA, Payments, and Escrow processes while ensuring accuracy, productivity, SLA adherence, and compliance with established procedures

Key Responsibilities

NOA

  • Review contracts and supporting documents.
  • Validate checklists and audit requirements.
  • Process owner modifications and contract updates.
  • Update systems and workflow tools accurately.
  • Escalate exceptions and missing documentation.

Payments

  • Process ACH, lockbox, unapplied payments, and manual payment activities.
  • Research payment discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Perform data entry and transaction validation.
  • Ensure payment posting within agreed timelines.

Escrow

  • Process escrow requests, refunds, balance due activities, and account updates.
  • Validate supporting documents before processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Follow SOPs and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain process documentation.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Good analytical and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of financial operations.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.

Skill Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years experience in BFSI, Mortgage, Loan Servicing, Payments, or Transaction Processing.
