Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource across product demonstrations and prospect engagements
- Contribute to and lead prospect-specific inquiries around implementation, nCino support models, technical configuration, and security, including supporting responses to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Demonstrate and configure Salesforce and nCino capabilities within demonstration environments, including security models, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, dashboards, and prospect-specific reporting
- Perform detailed analysis of prospect technical requirements throughout the sales cycle
- Lead internal enablement sessions covering recent release functionality and demonstration environment configuration
- Maintain enablement materials that help new hires get up to speed on the demonstration environment
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales team members to understand prospect technical requirements based on demonstrations and conversations
- Operate internal demo provisioning tools, VS Code and GitHub for demonstration environment management and updates
- Speak confidently to modern agentic workflows, LLM and their application to real world problems
- Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or superior performance
- 6+ years of Salesforce and/or nCino administration or implementation experience
- Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications (active and maintained)
- Comfortable using AI tooling such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop (Chat/Cowork) and similar applications.
- Proficient in SFDC administrative tasks such as Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
- Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, and Flow Builder
- Strong communication skills, particularly in solving complex challenges in the financial services industry
- Experience maintaining and administering Salesforce demonstration environments
Desired
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript development
- Knowledge of SAS Security standards specific to financial services
- Data management skills including Excel and SOQL
- Working knowledge of agentic workflows and agentic development tools such as Claude Code
- Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Admin and App Builder
- Degree in Computer Science or MIS

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:
