Job Description

• Coupon Promotion Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the development and management of customer-specific discount campaigns (coupons) as part of ABOUT YOU's pricing strategy and CRM measures mix to increase customer retention and loyalty
• Discount Management & Localization: Independently plan, execute, and evaluate the data-driven use of coupons across various customer segments, countries, and channels to sustainably increase Customer Lifetime Value
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze all relevant KPIs and identify and implement optimization opportunities in alignment with holistic revenue planning, with a clear focus on incrementality
• Testing & Performance Control: Design, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests, as well as measure the success of campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
• Feature Development: Drive the conceptual and technical development of the coupon feature to continuously optimize the shop's user experience
• Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Independently manage interfaces with CRM, Marketing Intelligence, Pricing, Performance Marketing, and Tech, as well as lead cross-functional (multi-stakeholder) projects

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing) and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Pricing, Commercial, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, or E-Commerce
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, confidence in working with data and numbers, and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as experience collaborating across functions with a wide range of stakeholders
• Tools & Methods: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with data-driven analysis and digital tools is an advantage
• Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Nice to Have: Passion for e-commerce and data-driven business models
