Job Description
- Support the Pricing team with the preparation and review of quotations.
- Assist in collecting, updating, and maintaining carrier rates and pricing databases.
- Help update rate sheets, surcharges, and internal pricing tools.
- Support the tracking and follow-up of quotations sent to customers and the global network.
- Assist in gathering information required for pricing requests.
- Maintain organized records and documentation according to company procedures.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities within the department.
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the department when required.
