Zusammenfassung der Tätigkeit
Der Preload Operations Trainer & Coordinator ist verantwortlich für die operative Unterstützung des Preload-Bereichs sowie die fachliche Ausbildung, Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden. Er/sie stellt sicher, dass Arbeitsabläufe sicher, effizient und gemäss den UPS Qualitätsstandards durchgeführt werden. In dieser Funktion werden neue sowie bestehende Mitarbeitende geschult, Arbeitsprozesse überwacht und die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsvorgaben gefördert. Die Stelle umfasst zudem die aktive Mitarbeit in der Paketabfertigung sowie weitere zugewiesene Aufgaben in einem dynamischen und leistungsorientierten Arbeitsumfeld.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Einarbeitungen für neue Mitarbeitende im Preload-Bereich.
- Coaching und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei der Anwendung der UPS Arbeits- und Sicherheitsstandards.
- Förderung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung durch Vorbildfunktion und regelmässige Sicherheitsunterweisungen.
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung von Methoden der UPS Paketabfertigung.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation von Trainingsmassnahmen.
- Identifikation von Schulungsbedarf und Entwicklung von Massnahmen zur Leistungsverbesserung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vorgesetzten zur Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Service- und Produktivitätszielen.
- Aktive Mitarbeit beim Be- und Entladen, Scannen, Sortieren und Verarbeiten von Paketen.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung operativer Verbesserungsinitiativen und Best Practices.
- Übernahme weiterer zugewiesener Aufgaben innerhalb des Preload-Betriebs.
Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung in der Einarbeitung, Schulung oder Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coachingfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und Wissen strukturiert zu vermitteln.
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie vorbildliche Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards.
- Fähigkeit, körperlich anspruchsvolle Arbeiten auszuführen.
- Fähigkeit, Postleitzahlen zu lesen und sich zu merken.
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative.
- Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld.Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich
