Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Pre-Hire Compliance HR Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Department. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team as a pre-hire compliance expert. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our hiring processes align with legal and regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting background checks and coordinating employee health checks for new hires. Qualifications:
