Über die Position

Du möchtest aktiv zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer HGÜ-Projekte beitragen? In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest Du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Subcontracting-Strategie im Bereich Construction & Commissioning (C&C). Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Supply Chain Management, Engineering, HSE und Qualität sorgst Du für die Auswahl der geeignetsten und wirtschaftlichsten Nachunternehmer – stets im Einklang mit Zeitplan, Budget und Projektzielen.

 

Das kannst Du bewirken

  • Teilnahme an internen Projekt-Kick-Off-Meetings, um den Leistungsumfang für die Bereiche Bau und Inbetriebnahme vollständig zu erfassen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus dem Bereich Supply Chain Management, Engineering, HSE, Qualität und Vertragsmanagement
  • Mitwirkung an der Projektzeitplanung, um Subverträge zum optimalen Zeitpunkt zu vergeben – basierend auf der Projektplanung und dem Projektstart
  • Teilnahme an Constructability Reviews sowie an regelmäßigen Projekt-, Design- und Beschaffungsmeetings
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Klärungen und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Fokus auf Leistungsumfang, Zeit und Kosten
  • Vergleich des Angebots- und Verkaufsbudgets sowie Identifikation und Untersuchung von Abweichungen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen, Zeitplänen und Meilensteinlisten für Subcontract-Pakete in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
  • Bewertung von Angeboten hinsichtlich Zeitplanung, Personalplanung und technischer Inhalte – inklusive Preisvergleiche und Mitwirkung an der Shortlist-Erstellung
  • Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen, Vorbereitung der finalen Vergabeentscheidung und Übergabe der Vertragsunterlagen an das Projektteam vor Beginn der Arbeiten vor Ort

 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) im Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • 6–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise im Energiesektor
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Vergabe von Subunternehmerleistungen für Bauprojekte vor Ort
  • Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Koordination und Steuerung mehrerer Subverträge und Aufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Vertrauenswürdig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Starke Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der Verhandlungsführung
  • Eigenmotiviert und proaktiv in der Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft-Anwendungen
