  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (z.B. Raumbuchung, Einrichtung von virtuellen Meetings, Teilnehmerlisten etc.)

  • Verwaltung von Schulungen in unserem Learning Management System

  • Pflegen und Weiterentwickeln von Dokumentationen & Präsentationen

  • Testen von Lerninhalten und neuen Trainingsanbietern

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings zu Trainingsaktivitäten und Teilnehmerfeedback

Dein Profil

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

  • Leidenschaft für das Lernen und Affinität zu digitalen Technologien

  • Eine sehr selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ein detailorientiertes und proaktives Vorgehen

  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
