About our role:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Communications & Partnerships you will support the Global Communications & Partnerships team with all press, influencer, stylist and VIP activities including product sendouts, event coordination, industry research, content creation and general administrative tasks.

What you will do:

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as product inventory management, shipping and messenger services, product sendouts and maintaining databases.
  • Tracking press and social placements for new launches and ongoing initiatives to prepare reports.
  • Creating content for weekly PR highlights email newsletter.
  • Preparing weekly industry insight briefing emails.
  • Drafting PR activity recaps and presentations.
  • Assisting with PR events (i.e. new product launches) and industry events (i.e. New York Fashion Week).

What you will need:

  • Actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program, studying a relevant field, including Communications, PR, Marketing or Journalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Google Docs, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry 
  • Willing and able to commute to New York City office 1-2 times per week

A reasonable pay range is $17/hr. - $18/hr.
