Power U是ABB智慧电力业务单元为优秀应届毕业生量身打造的校招人才发展项目，陪伴每一位Power U成员开启成长之旅。通过该项目，您将获得：
- 轮岗体验——参与为期12-18个月的多部门、跨地域轮岗，体验智慧电力业务单元的各个业务场景，全面了解业务运营机制
- 挑战性任务驱动——参与富有挑战性和影响力的项目任务，在实际工作中发现个人兴趣和优势；
- 深度团队协作——参与团队合作和协作，获得系统的培训和发展机会以及项目团队的全面支持;
- 明确成长路径——清晰的职业定位，资深导师一对一定制化培养，通过清晰的目标和定期的绩效反馈，持续发展个人优势，为职业生涯奠定坚实基础。
岗位职责：
- 参与为期12-18个月的Power U 人才发展项目，经历系统化的定向培养和轮岗历练，持续提升专业能力与综合素质；
- 主导零部件本地化质量管理，联合技术制定质量标准与测试规范，审核样品测试报告，实施供应商技术审核，辅导和推动供应商提升质量。
- 负责低压断路器制程质量管控，运用质量工具和方法实施质量控制与持续改进，牵头质量问题快速解决，配合完成产品工程变更验证。
- 统筹新产品质量策划，完成测试设备验证，组织试产与产品验证，保障新产品质量。
- 参与跨部门质量、降本、工艺及效率改善项目，承接 ISO9001、CCC、UL 及大客户质量管理体系审核相关工作。
岗位要求：
- 本科及以上机电、电子或机械制造相关专业
- 有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和抗压能力
- 有较强的逻辑思维、分析能力、动手能力
- 具备AI应用经验（如AI检测、数据分析与决策、故障诊断等）或者学习研究过AI者优先
- 英语6级
