About the Role
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Banking Division's Portfolio Management team while contributing to our ongoing culture of continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to reporting, analysis, and process optimization within a global financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management Support:
- Assist in preparing regular portfolio reporting and performance analysis
- Support data gathering, validation, and consolidation for management reports
- Help identify trends and insights from portfolio data
- Continuous Improvement Initiative:*
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Help design and build working tools/products such as templates, dashboards, and presentations
- Support documentation of improved workflows and best practices
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and improvement workshops
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Word
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
