Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Infrastructure Services projects and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. The role focuses on planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives and contractual commitments.The individual will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to organizational delivery standards and governance frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionLead end-to-end project delivery across Infrastructure Services engagements.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps.Ensure project execution aligns with agreed schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Monitor project progress and proactively manage dependencies and constraints.Drive successful implementation of infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.Facilitate governance reviews, status meetings, steering discussions, and executive reporting.Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively.Build strong relationships with business, technical, and operational teams.Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to project governance frameworks, organizational policies, and contractual obligations.Drive compliance with change management, risk management, security, and audit requirements.Maintain project documentation, status reports, and decision logs.Support internal and external audit activities when required.Financial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and financial tracking.Monitor project profitability and cost optimization opportunities.Track effort utilization and resource allocations.Ensure financial controls and reporting accuracy.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage escalations and drive resolution of critical issues.Ensure proactive risk monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate decision-making through structured governance mechanisms.Resource & Team ManagementLead cross-functional project teams comprising infrastructure and support functions.Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.Drive collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture.Mentor team members and support capability development initiatives.Service Transition & Operational ReadinessCoordinate project handovers and transition activities.Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer.Support stabilization activities and post-implementation reviews.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.Infrastructure Domain ExposureExperience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:Cloud Infrastructure ServicesData Center OperationsNetwork ServicesEnd User Computing (EUC)Service Desk OperationsSecurity OperationsIT Service Management (ITSM)Backup and Disaster RecoveryWorkplace ServicesInfrastructure Transformation ProgramsRequired SkillsDelivery & Project ManagementProject Planning and SchedulingProgram and Portfolio CoordinationRisk and Issue ManagementBudget and Financial ManagementVendor and Partner ManagementGovernance and Executive ReportingChange ManagementResource ManagementTechnical & ProcessInfrastructure Managed Services understandingITIL Processes and Service ManagementIncident, Problem, Change, and Release ManagementService Transition and Operational ReadinessSLA/KPI ManagementLeadership & BehavioralStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesDecision-making and problem-solving capabilityNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsCustomer-centric mindsetLeadership and team collaboration
