What You’ll Get to Do
The Polisher 2 is focused on advanced grinding, sanding, and polishing of brass, metal, plexiglass, and other materials.
This role is perfect for an individual who is mechanically skilled, quality-driven, and safety-conscious. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
- Perform precision polishing using cloth, hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools.
- Inspect and assess materials for flaws, cracks, and surface imperfections with a high level of accuracy.
- Operate and maintain polishing machinery including wheels and vibratory finishers.
- Train and mentor junior polishers on techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain proper ergonomics and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in metal finishing or polishing in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with polishing tools and techniques, including pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
Position Pay Range
$23—$23.50 USD
