  • Maintain project and portfolio reporting by tracking delivery status, milestones, budget consumption, effort information, resourcing, utilization, risks, governance compliance, and overall delivery health.
  • Support project forecasting and financial tracking by compiling and validating project inputs, monitoring variances against plan, and highlighting potential timeline, resource, billing, or revenue forecast risks for management review.
  • Partner with Professional Services leaders, Project Managers, implementation teams and finance to support consistent project governance, reporting, communication and delivery coordination across global teams
  • Define, maintain and analyze project health information using established metrics and reporting processes, identify trends or data gaps, and escalate delivery concerns to the appropriate project or leadership owner.
  • Support PMO operations by maintaining and improving established templates, reporting methods, governance routines, audit records, and standard work, using approved AI-enabled tools and automated workflows to improve data quality and process efficiency.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, including the ability to use tools to analyze project data, identify trends, maintain data quality, and present insights clearly.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies, with experience supporting governance, reporting, audit checks, or project health tracking.
  • Experience using AI-enabled or automation tools to improve reporting, data quality, analysis, or administrative workflows.
  • The role works with global stakeholders and may occasionally require flexibility to participate in meetings outside standard local working hours.
