Are you looking for an internship in Project Management Office (PMO)?

We are looking for a curious, organized, and motivated individual who is eager to join an international and dynamic environment, where they can learn the fundamentals of Project Management Office activities and develop skills in project planning, monitoring, and coordination.

If you are interested in Project Management and would like to start your career by working alongside experienced professionals, this could be the right opportunity for you!

The successful candidate will support the PMO team in project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities, gaining hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.

What will your role be? 

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the PMO team in project planning and monitoring activities
• Assist in collecting and organizing project information from Project Managers and key stakeholders
• Contribute to updating project documentation and tracking project progress
• Support the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Participate in project meetings and assist in monitoring key milestones and deadlines
• Help ensure the accuracy and consistency of project data across company tools and documentation
• Gain hands-on experience with project management methodologies and planning tools

Qualifiche

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or other technical/scientific disciplines

Soft skills: 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent) 
• English (fluent, oral and written)
