About the role:

This role sits within the Global eCommerce Team and is responsible for building and managing webpages at scale for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and trading campaigns across multiple markets using our digital platforms.

 

The successful candidate will work within a complex, fast-paced global organisation, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and maintain a high standard of quality.

 

A key aspect of the role is supporting global campaign execution by partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and languages. The role requires close collaboration with regional teams to coordinate the localisation of content, ensuring all webpages and campaign assets are adapted appropriately and ready ahead of each country launch.

 

Working as part of an agile team, the candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities. They will be comfortable navigating dependencies, managing competing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.

 

The role also requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, provide clear project updates, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies in a concise and easy-to-understand manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain webpages for product launches, marketing campaigns, and trading campaigns across multiple global markets.
  • Deliver high-volume, large-scale webpage builds using the organisation's digital platforms and established processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, eCommerce, Product, Content, Creative, and Regional Market teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to support the localisation of content across multiple languages and regions.
  • Ensure all campaign and product launch content is market-ready and published in line with launch schedules.
  • Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and help resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed quality standards.

About you 

  • 3+ years experience using CMS platforms, preferably one or more of: AEM, Hybris, Magento, Sitecore, SAP CRM 
  • Experience working with and managing other teams, including global and offshore teams
  • Exceptional Dyson product knowledge 
  • Creative in both problem solving and enhancing support content with new ideas 
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with changing timelines 
  • Confidence in leading deliverables, and other people to deliver content builds to a perfect specification 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and preferably the Atlassian suite 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach 
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, with a drive for results 
  • Self-motivated, proactive and an exceptional team player 
  • Attention to detail and quality to their work
